What contributes to the added value of the course training? One would be tempted to answer directly: “content, goals, learning situations, learning support …”. This article invites you to discover other aspects that seem marginal, but still often explain the effect of training in the medium or long term.

Assimilation, which consists in developing knowledge and know-how on a model that has already been created for the learner, is less important than adaptation, which forces the learner to shake what he or she thought he or she has mastered. These few guidelines lead us to the question of training amplitude. It starts before the regrouping, goes beyond. What makes it worthwhile is not limited to what the trainers think they will bring into it, nor what the participants are looking for. It is an aircraft that is built with passengers in full flight, and recipes such as deterministic approaches have little effect on the added value they bring.
