Penta Esports is working with Loco to announce the institution of the All-India eSports League for Faculties and Universities.

Penta Esports, a gaming and e-sports company, has announced the launch of its latest IP, the “Penta Collegiate League”, introduced by Loco, for colleges and universities in India. Tournaments that take place within this league will be broadcast exclusively on the Loco app and website (loco.gg). Other partners in this league are “Leverage Edu”, a partner for study abroad, and “GOQii”, a partner for healthcare.

The first season of the “Penta Collegiate League” will feature two e-sports titles, Valorant on PC and Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) on mobile with 30 00 000 ₹, which will be awarded as scholarships.

Penta Esports founder and CEO Anurag Khurana said of the idea behind this new sports league: “Our main goal is to provide opportunities for beginning sports athletes at a grassroots level. The aim of the scholarship is to help e-sports athletes in their efforts. »

The first season will include two playoffs for both matches. Registration for the first qualifiers is already underway and will continue until June 19, 2022, the first qualifying matches are ready to begin on June 21. Second qualifying dates will be announced soon.

The qualifiers and finals of the first season will be broadcast live exclusively on the Penta Esports channel on Loco. Students can participate in the tournament by going to the Pentaesports website and completing the registration process.
