Founded in 1969, the Prêt d’Honneur de l’Est du Québec is a charitable organization recognized by the Canadian Tax Agency whose main goal is to help deserving postgraduate students who show perseverance and whose financial resources are limited.

The members of the board are convinced that the mission of PHEQ is still relevant, especially because it is the only organization in our region that helps high school, university and university students who are struggling with financial problems that may jeopardize their studies.

The members of the PHEQ Board of Directors would like to thank their generous donors, the Société nationale de l’Est du Québec (SNEQ), Librairie l’Alphabet and BLOUIN CPA INC, for their unwavering support over many years. as those who contributed generously to the fundraising campaign in the autumn of 2021.
